I have been working alongside Keyrenter for almost a year now and can vouch that they truly care, this isn't your run of the mill property management company. Their established practices operate exceptionally well and provide all the needs for homeowners and tenants alike. This is one company that will go to bat for you, many others that I've had the experience working with are sub par compared to Keyrenter. If your wanting a real review to determine if they should handle your valuable assets and help you grow your assets or help you find a home to live in then no need to scroll further. Finding a safe and secure home is what every renter wants, sometimes that's really hard to find in Boise (I'm a native of 31 years) but what Keyrenter strives to achieve is that feeling for every tenant no matter the location. My experience with Keyrenter Boise Property Management has been positive. We use KBP for a home near Boise and have not completed a full year yet, but so far I really have not worried about my property. To be fair I believe that the property is pretty low maintenance, but also considering they have an excellent screening system I believe the tenants selected are preferable to how any property owner would like - so thank you KBP. I would like KBP to communicate more clearly the the beginning, as this was our first time using a property management company and didn't know the nuances at the beginning. I still wouldn't deduct a star from that since every time I did have a question they answered with all the information and were always providing me with pleasant and respectful support. Highly knowledgeable as well as personal they have executed with the highest degree of professional for each of my properties they manage. I was looking for an apartment in Boise needed to find one asap!  Looked at a few could not get call backs.  Left a message at key renter Boise properties management  Bam!  Kyle called me made an appointment to see the property next morning at 9 am.  Was fantastic!  Beyond great!  Loaded apartment everything you could want brand new!  Filled out papers on the spot the team went to work!  Approved within 2 hours !  Was moving in by 4:30 that same day!  It was amazing!  One day!  The apartment is awesome!
